A Study of Boundaries: Cats, Our Threshold Guardians is a resin sculpture that addresses the notion of ambit. Through felines, we understand the process of affection is how we negotiate each other’s boundaries. Sculpted as a stylised cat’s claw, it is the artist’s desire that human beings cease living each day enslaved by the demands of others; but to live life truly and on their own terms.
